has gone through many processes, filters, shortcuts, misunderstandings and directions. Maintaining a concept open to modification in certain aesthetic aspects, such as the value of public space intervention, interaction communication through gestures, and the playful nature and interactive fashion has allowed the changes in direction and the necessary modifications in its development.
Ever since its beginnings, idades has given rise to a whole series of questions; these have sparked a constant process oriented toward the creation of a proposal that articulates communications, relating the playful and interventionist character of an installation piece.
The space has been conceived to be a tool in the project's discourse. The project depends on it and is based on the cooperation between the machine and the user and communicational feed-back, causing that which in the project tries to be a relationship between people, attempting to generate a communicational channel and media through gestural language and the game. These give the discourse a universal and interpersonal character in which an element such a s a ball becomes a mediator and articulates a game with no rules.
Everything depends on the desire, the will and the curiosity of the user. The latter produces responses which in turn generate responses on the screen.
The ball is conceived to be a discourse generator among users, and a metaphor of the word as a dialogue sign language which is generated without a need for elaboration. Therefore, until now, we have proposed the discourse of the ball as a interactive element that, along with the silhouette of the user, generates a basic and clean interaction which enables the participation of any kind of public.
